The aim of the 1millionSMEjobs initiative, is to create 1 million jobs. The initiative was conceived during the 2020 pandemic with the sole purpose of supporting the lock-down impacted SMEs in their recovery by developing specific measures to assist with international expansion, which will result in the creation of new jobs for the SME. It is an initiative which aim to support any SME regardless of the geographical location. The next step objective is building the global infrastructure, and making sure we have the resources available at specific locations to provide the assistance needed.
The 1millionSMEjobs initiative is to a large extend the commercial part of the Guide2Growth project - which you can read more about here on our website.
To succeed with our initive to create 1 million jobs we welcome partners, business professionals and donors, who would be interested in working with us to achieve this aim.
- and of course, we welcome any SME, interested in expanding internationally, and interested in seeing their workforce increase as a result of the international activities.
Are you a SME we can work with and support, you should to a large extend match this profile:
- You have your own product / technology / solution
- Your product has a clear competitive advantage
- You have existing sales of min. EUR or USD 1-2 million per year
- You can have existing sales of up to EUR or USD 50 million per year
- Your product is internationally sellable
- You may have export sales
- Your product can be sold in min. 20-30 markets
- You have an ambition to expand internationally
- You are prepared to work with external professionals
