On the Commercial Side,
we aim to create a Solution for Accelerated Global Expansion for SMEs and Born Global Start-Ups. It is an all-inclusive solution comprising international strategy, strategic management, market development, sales support and funding. The Global Expansion model will be the commercial result of our research and development project Guide2Growth (www.Guide2Growth.com).
On the Policy Side,
we aim to contribute to improving framework conditions for SME internationalisation and global trade, and how SMEs are supported in the global trading environment. We make research, knowledge and structures available to governments, trade associations and international institutions, and facilitate knowledge sharing from and between experts and businesses.
Institute for Global Expansion is planning research, method development, and initiatives on a range of topics relevant to companies aspiring to expand across international markets.
